LISTING PUBLICATION DATES
Please be advised all listings will be published online within 24 hours of the signed contract. Should you require any changes to your listing or artwork, this must be supplied by email within 24 hours or the signed off artwork/listing content will be published.
CONTRACT TERMS
- 1. All agreements shall be for a minimum period of 12-months from the date of signed contract.
- 2. Please contact us in writing, at least 60 days before the 12-month period expires, and the listing is due for renewal if you do not wish to be contacted for further listings.
CONTRACT CANCELLATIONS/TERMINATIONS
- 1. Cancellations will only be accepted in writing within 24 hours of the signed contract. Any signed contracts entered into cannot be cancelled by the customer (with the exception of the 24-hour period mentioned above) as this will constitute a breach of contract.
- 2. By signing a contract for advertising you are entering into a legally binding business to business agreement with Book of Australia Pty Ltd and you are declaring you are the appropriate authority and/or have delegation to proceed with the advertising agreement.
- 3. Please ensure you have authority to enter into the agreement before you proceed. We will not accept cancellation if you do not have authority to sign the contract.
PAYMENT TERMS
- 1. Payment terms are strictly 7 days from date of invoice.
- 2. Invoices outstanding for 30 days or more may incur late fees.
- 3. We retain the right to engage legal counsel and debt recovery professionals. The party in breach of the contract will be responsible for covering any expenses related to collecting overdue accounts.
